Parents as Teachers is a free, voluntary, early learning program designed to provide practical and timely information to all families including single parents, first-time parents and expectant parents. The program is available to anyone who has a child under the age of three and lives within a participating school district.

The early years of a child's life are critical for optimal development and Parents as Teachers provides the information, support and encouragement that parents need.
